Pa has a very cool Batmobile at his house which Colby & Logan enjoyed riding around the cul-de-sac.
We also drove over to Algonkian Park to the playground, and Pa showed us some cool trees to hide in.

Fingerpainting
When Colby was a baby, about 10 months old, I tried fingerpainting a picture for Jason's birthday. Logan is 10 months old now, so I decided to try it with him for Father's Day.
All clean and ready to go!
Tasting it first
Yuck!
Getting his little finger messy
A messy cute kid
Overall, he wasn't too interested in getting messy, but the picture came out cute.

New Pier in Nags Head
We took a weekend trip to Nags Head, NC and were there for the grand opening of a new pier. Jeanette's pier is beautiful and they celebrated with skydivers from an airplane. The kids all thought that was really cool.

Lots of Ferraris and other fancy cars there
The beach was beautiful, but not sandy...lots of rocks

Cinque Terre
After another day in Florence, we took a train to the Italian Riviera to visit the Cinque Terre. I had never been there before, but Jason had been here with his brother when they backpacked years ago. He said it was the one place he really wanted to go. I wish we would've have planned to stay here longer than just 1 night, because it was beautiful. We stayed in Monterosso in a sweet little B&B where the owner was so nice.
After we dropped our suitcases in our room, we went down to the docks and took a boat ride to see each of the 5 towns from the water. Each of the towns are connected by a hiking path. You can hike the whole path in about 6 hours. We weren't there very long, so we only hiked a small trail from Riomaggiore to Manarole on a trail called Via Dell' Amore. It was an easy walk with beautiful views.

Europe Day 2 Tuscany
San Gimignano was a great little town up on a hill. Of the 72 towers built, only 14 are left standing.
Il Campo in Siena - Siena is another gorgeous town in the Chianti region.
